  1. English IPA (5.1%, 60 IBU)

IPA’s of the past used to be very different than what we drink now. This IPA pays homage to the old world style. IPA’s come from the need to preserve beers that the British empire shipped to India. Hops have natural antioxidants that help maintain quality of beer so these old IPAs needed lots of them! With more hops came more bitterness! Also English IPA’s typically have a maltier back-bone since that was the preference back in the day.

  2. TeaSB Earl Grey ESB (4.7%, 37 IBU)

This ESB (Extra Special Bitter) is a twist on the classic style. We used pounds of Smith Teamaker’s Lord Bergamont, Earl Grey Tea, to give this beer an amazing floral and citrusy aroma. Don’t let the word bitter sway you, this beer is very smooth and easy drinking.
