Poppin’ Fresh Hoppin’ Pilsner (5.2 %, IBU: Not Given)

This fresh hop beer bursts with fruit & citrus notes, thanks to my homegrown Cascade, Willamette, Mt Hood, and Nugget hops from my family's Oregon property. It has all the aroma of an IPA in a light, easy-drinking Pilsner. I planted these hops in college and this year I made the trip to hand-pick all the hops for this beer. I'm thrilled to share this labor of love during the fresh hop season! Come grab a pint (or four) at Chalice Brewing!
