These are the beers that have come and gone.
The beauty of Chalice Brewing is that we create the best, unique beers for our customers. We hear their feedback and implement it with the styles we brew. However, that beauty turns to a curse occasionally when our beers fly through the tap lines faster than everyone was able to enjoy them.
Here is our beer archive — a collection of beers that we’ve brewed in the past. Walk down memory land and let us know which ones you’d like to see come back.

Chalice Divinely Inspired Cyser | Cysers are an ancient style of mead dating back thousands of years. They are technically a mead, cider hybrid. Campfire Stories Collaboration with Trails End Brewing | Campfire Stories is a traditional Rauchbier brewed in collaboration with Trails End Brewery. Rauchbier literally means "smoked beer" in German, and this beer does not disappoint on its smokiness. We brewed our collab with traditional techniques in mind. We imported beechwood smoked malt from Weyermann® Specialty Malts, based in Bamberg Germany, where smoked beers are still produced in the same way they have been since 1387. Before 1818, when the drum kiln was invented, malt was roasted with direct fire, which made all beer have a smokey taste. The brewers of Bamberg never wanted to lose this taste profile and still roast their malts the old way, to ensure the tradition never dies. We have followed suit and are happy to serve a traditional, very smokey Rauchbier in the US.| Style: Rauchbier| ABV: 5.3%| IBU: 20| Adjuncts: Weyermann® Specialty Malts Beechwood Smoked Barley |
